Shadowfax Delivery Partners are independent contractors, who are required to pick up food items ordered by customers from restaurants / outlets and deliver to customers. Delivery Partners use their own/rented vehicles (Bike/Cycle) to deliver orders to customers.

1. Download the Shadowfax Partner app on your mobile phone and login to the app using your mobile number.
2. Collect your delivery kit at the nearest onboarding center.
3. Visit the allocated cluster/ area and start accepting orders.

1. You must be at least 18 years old
2. A two-wheeler that meets all applicable laws and safety requirements
3. Driving License if delivering on bike
4. Aadhar Card
5. A valid PAN (Permanent Account Number) Card

The login hours are flexible. You can choose to login anytime depending on your availability.

Once your registration is complete, the team will run a background check after which you can start delivering orders.

You will be working on an earn per delivery model, you will earn for each delivery you make. 

Shadowfax will transfer your earnings on a weekly basis directly in your bank account. You can check your earnings in your app under the Payments section.

There are two types of bonuses which vary across cities:

1. Starting Bonus – Join and complete a certain minimum number of orders within a specified time to earn this.
2. Referral Bonus- Refer your friends to become delivery partners to earn this.

A fixed amount is collected from a delivery partner in various tranches for training and support purposes, this would be deducted from your payout. 

1. The first deduction would be after completion of the first order.
2. The second deduction would be after completion of 50 orders.

Yes you can deliver the orders on a rented bike. You can rent a bike that gives the highest mileage at affordable prices from here
