What’s Included in Free Maintenance?

How the Service Benefit Works

For every completed month of rental, you are eligible for one complimentary service. This means:

If you need more than one service within the same 30-day period, the additional service is chargeable. Anything beyond the free service, such as a water wash, is paid by you. Check the km sticker under the seat for your next due service, as missing a due service attracts a penalty.

What About Future Services?

Any maintenance beyond the included free service will be handled as per our Terms & Conditions – Clause 4.3 . This ensures fair usage and allows us to maintain high service standards for all riders.
