Choose your bike, rental plan, and location from the Ontrack app or website. Bookings are made only on the app or website. Browse our fleet of Honda, Hero, Bajaj, and TVS bikes. Select your preferred pickup location and rental duration.
Step 2Complete Verification
Upload your driving licence, ID and local address proof. Aadhaar and driving licence are verified automatically. If that fails, a manual check is usually done within 24 hours.
Step 3Pick Up From Our Hub
Visit the Ontrack hub shown in your booking within 48 hours. Bring your original driving licence, Aadhaar and local address proof. Handover takes 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 4Inspect & Start Riding
Inspect the bike thoroughly. You and the hub executive both take photos and videos of the vehicle, so any existing damage is on record before you ride off.
Step 5Ride, Maintain & Repeat
Ride with unlimited kilometers on petrol bikes, one free service every 30 days, insurance included and support every day from 10 AM to 7 PM. Extend from the app, or return the bike to the hub when your plan ends.
