Incase a bike meets with an accident, you are required to inform us immedaitely so that we can assist you with getting the bike repaired. In most cases the cost of such repairs are brone by insurance, should there be a refusal from insurance due to your negligent riding, you'll have to bear the cost of such repairs.
You have to immediately inform the local police and Ontrack on this and we'll assist you from there. You'll be required to raise a formal complaint of theft with the local police station.
Insurance pays for the damage however incase damage caused is not covered by insurance, the entire repair cost has to be borne by you.
If the police fines the bike for traffic rule violations (like no helmet, signal jump, wrong parking, speeding, etc.), the person riding the bike at that time is fully responsible to pay the fine.
Yes, we do provide helmets - you can rent them for a fixed fee of Rs 300 irrespective of rental tenure or just buy one directly from us. These options are available at the time of booking the bike from our website or app.
